ROOF MAINTENANCE
Safety is of paramount importance and when working on high or steep roofs, fall arrest equipment or scaffolding is used.
Our staff will assist in locating leaks and offer repair solution including Butynol & modified bituminous membrane repairs and the measuring & in-house fabrication of flashings in galvanised, coloursteel, aluminium and lead or lead substitute materials.
No job too small covering residential or commercial buildings.
DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE
- Clearing blocked sewer and stormwater drains.

HOUSE WATER PIPE REPLACEMENT
If possible, in the first instance turn off the water at the mains and call 0800 MANDER/ 626 337 to arrange for a plumber to attend. Usually, the problem can be rectified and the water turned back on while together we plan the next steps.
There will be a number of repair options that are complex and need to be tailored to your specific situation. Due to the complexity of the fault, your plumber will provide expert advice once the situation is assessed. However, you should talk to your Insurance Company and reconsider any plumbing upgrade that you may have put off in the past which now may be able to be incorporated in any repairs.
Mander & Co Ltd is able to assist with any Building Consents, reinstatement of walls or ceilings and redecoration as required.
BACKFLOW PREVENTION IQP
A Backflow preventer is a device that is designed to protect the potable supply from contamination by substances, chemicals or processes that are connected to or fed by the water we all drink. This may only be possible when the mains supply is turned off in the street or a pump is used in a process within the building.
We can assist in dealing with your local authority and can provide annual reminders about tests and preventative maintenance.
